Cloud 101 sells age-restricted products. You must be at least 21 years old to browse, purchase or accept delivery of any product. Valid government-issued ID is required at checkout and at the door. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order that cannot be age-verified.

Products sold by Cloud 101 are intended for adult use only and are not approved as smoking cessation devices or for the treatment of any condition. Hemp-derived products contain compounds that may cause impairment. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery after use. Consult a physician before use if pregnant, nursing or taking medication. Statements made on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Delivery is available daily within our published service area. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on order volume, weather and traffic. An adult 21+ with valid ID must be present at the delivery address to accept any order.

All orders are subject to product availability and verification. We may limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion. Prices and product selection may change without notice.

Because of the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final once an order is accepted at delivery. Defective hardware may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, subject to manufacturer warranty. Consumable products are non-returnable.

You agree to use the Cloud 101 website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any fraudulent purpose. All content, branding and imagery on the site is the property of Cloud 101 or its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud 101 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
